Therefore it is necessary to distinguish between the amount of support awarded to a scheme and the amount actually received to date. Total estimated eligible costs for TEN support for a scheme are, in the case of ongoing projects for which further bids are expected to be made in future years, for the period 1995 to 1998 inclusive, and are not whole life scheme costs.
