§ Mr. IngramThe Government are actively considering their response to the ECHR judgment in the case of John Murray v the United Kingdom and hope to be able to make an announcement in the near future which will outline how procedures in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are to be affected.
The Government have already incorporated the ECHR ruling in the provisions contained in the Criminal Justice (Terrorism and Conspiracy) Act 1998.
