§ Mr. RaynsfordThe London Borough of Tower Hamlets made a bid for a grant for the Poplar II transfer under Round 2 of the Estates Renewal Challenge Fund in December 1996. Funding for the scheme was approved in February 1997. A formal application for consent to transfer was submitted on 27 October 1998.
