§ Mr. GalbraithThe Scottish Dental Access Initiative, launched in August 1997, offers grants to dentists setting up or expanding practices in areas of unmet demand for NHS general dental services. This month I approved an extension of the Initiative to offer grants to NHS dentists with strategies to increase patient registrations in areas of high oral health need.
