§ Mr. CabornNo. Because the inspector has not yet reported to the Secretary of State, the hon. Member should approach the inspector through the chief planning inspector. There were no meetings. The Government Office for London put the correspondence before the inspector.

§ Mr. CabornLocal planning authorities are under a duty to consult certain statutory consultees on planning applications made to them and they include some government agencies. When considering whether to call in this case, we did not consult on the matter. At the inquiry representations were made by the Highways Agency, the Environment Agency and London Transport.
