§ Mr. RaynsfordIt is for local authorities to decide how best to apply the resources available to them for investment in housing to meet local needs and priorities. The table shows resources allocated by the Government for housing in 1998–99 to the Metropolitan Borough Councils of Barnsley and Doncaster:
