§ Mr. HainImproving the competitiveness of small firms will be one of the key issues addressed by the economic strategy for Wales which will be published shortly.
Export-dependent small manufacturing businesses have access to a wide range of overseas trade services provided by the Welsh Office and others. This includes subsidised trade missions, export market advice, and help in identifying potential new customers; and I am keen to see full use made of these important services.
