§ Mr. WilsonOur discussion paper on special educational needs in Scotland acknowledges the importance of drawing on the knowledge and experience334W of parents. I invite all parents of children with special educational needs to express their views on any matters which are of concern to them within the context of the discussion paper or the Beattie committee which I have established to inquire into post-school special needs provision.
