§ The Prime MinisterI discussed at length the situation on the Korean peninsula with President Kim at our meeting on 2 April. The Government believe that meaningful dialogue between North and South Korea is 315W the best means of achieving peace and stability on the peninsula. We welcome President Kim's policy towards the North as a positive step towards this.
