The current contract to supply Hawk 200 light multi-role fighter aircraft to Indonesia was agreed between British Aerospace and the Government of Indonesia in February 1996. I understand from British Aerospace that the delivery programme for aircraft supplied under this contract is a matter which is confidential between British Aerospace and the Government of Indonesia. The information is therefore being withheld under exemption 13 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information.
