§ Baroness Hollis of HeighamAn inter-departmental study led by the Home Office has considered all aspects of arrangements for asylum seekers, including the provision of accommodation and support. The Government are currently considering the way forward. In the meantime the current mix of social security benefits and social services support means that no asylum seeker need be left destitute.
