§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe franchise agreement requires LTS Rail to comply with the terms of the Ticketing and Settlement Agreement (TSA), which is overseen by the Rail Regulator. The TSA sets out the ticket office opening hours which each operator has agreed to as a signatory to the agreement. These hours may be varied only with the approval of the Rail Regulator (any short-term issues affecting station opening, such as staff shortage, are for the operator to manage in the light of its other business commitments). The table shows the ticket office opening hours set out in the TSA for stations managed by LTS Rail.
