§ Angela EagleThe inter-departmental group of officials is providing internal analysis and policy options for Ministers, and it is not proposed to make its findings and recommendations public. However, I launched a national debate on this subject in my speech on 14 May to the National Right to Fuel Campaign's conference on fuel poverty and invited interested parties to contribute. We will consult on any proposals for developing policies and programmes for tackling fuel poverty which flow from this process.
