§ Angela EagleWe will read the report of the World Trade Organisation Panel on this case very carefully when it is made available to World Trade Organisation members who are not parties to the dispute in a few weeks' time. It would be premature to draw conclusions before knowing the full detail of the Panel's judgment. The Government will be able to comment once we have the papers and have assessed them.
