§ Mr. Stuart BellI have had a number of recent representations raising various issues relating to the effect on religious organisations, and particularly the Church of England, of the Human Rights Bill. A delegation representing the Church of England, the Roman Catholic Church and the Free Churches met the Home Secretary before Easter to explain their position.
