§ Mr. GalbraithThe Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh NHS Trust is currently negotiating a PFI contract with its private sector partner for the delivery of the New Royal Infirmary. The development of the new facility on the south-east of Edinburgh is fully consistent with the Lothian Acute Strategy published in 1992.
