§ Mr. Robin CookThe Contact Group has met regularly since January to discuss Kosovo. It has condemned the continuing violence in that province and underlined the need for a meaningful dialogue between the parties if the spiral of violence is to be reversed. We will continue to play a leading role on this issue within the Group, including on the need for further measures against Belgrade if President Milosevic continues to turn his back on dialogue.
