§ Mr. RaynsfordInformation on the level of disabled facilities grants given to those suffering from spinal cord injuries, and the number of homes converted, is not collected by the Department. However, research published by the Department in 1996 estimates that in 1993–94, such grants were given to 1,141 people with spinal problems.
