Further to the decisions against the Treasury and Home Office in the County Court and High Court, and the decision on 1 May in the Court of Appeal regarding the administration and terms of the 1997 Firearms (Amendment) Acts and the handgun compensation schemes, what plans they have to repeal the 1997 Firearms (Amendment) Acts.
