§ Mr. BoatengWe fully recognise that those who have made representations on this subject are disappointed that we have not as yet announced our conclusions on the matter. This is, however, a very complex issue which we are still considering. We will announce the outcome of our deliberations, and write to the Haemophilia Society, as soon as we are in a position to do so.
