34WIn addition, last September, my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister launched the Millennium Products project which is managed by the Design Council. The project aims to identify up to 2,000 successful products and services that have been created in the United Kingdom and which exemplify our creativity and innovation. The first 200 products to receive the accolade `Millennium Product' were announced in April.
