§ Lord Williams of MostynThe management board of Europol will not be appointed until the convention comes into force, which is expected to be in autumn this year. No United Kingdom appointment to the management board has yet been made. Any such appointee will be responsible to the Home Secretary in the United Kingdom. The management board as a whole will be responsible to the Council of Ministers.
