§ Angela Eagle[holding answer 29 April 1998]: Information relating to transnational shipments of waste into and out of England and Wales is collected on behalf of my Department and the Welsh Office by the Environment Agency. Information on such shipments into and out of Scotland and Northern Ireland is collected annually by my Department from the Scottish Environment Protection Agency and the Environment and Heritage Service respectively.
