§ Mr. FatchettThrough our Ambassador in Khartoum we have urged the Government of Sudan (GoS) to facilitate the rapid delivery of aid to the areas affected by famine. We welcome the GoS decision to resume aid flights to Bahr El Ghazal and will be pressing them to agree to requests by the UN for increases in the daily aid flights.
