§ Ms Glenda JacksonI regret that, owing to competing pressures on resources only one of the six Working Papers (Working Paper number 2: Car Use: Modelling and Forecasting) accompanying the NRTF 1997 was available at the end of March 1998. Two more (Working Paper numbers 3 and 6) were released on 20 April 1998. The remaining three papers will be made available by the end of the first week in May.
