§ Mr. RaynsfordThe strategy outlined in the "Planning for the Communities of the Future" policy document was arrived at after a process conducted broadly along the lines outlined in "Policy Appraisal and the Environment". There is no single appraisal document as such. As the guidance notes,
the precise conduct of each appraisal will vary from case to case".
