§ Mrs. Roche[holding answer 24 March 1998]Draft regulations for reform of the EU Structural Funds were published by the Commission on 18 March. It is not possible at this early state to make detailed estimates of the financial consequences of the Commission's proposals for UK receipts from the Structural Funds, as the Commission has not yet published its plans for per capita receipts in difference regions and Member States under the various Objectives and the other measures it is proposing.
