§ Mr. Win GriffithsThis is primarily a matter for Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council. However, they, along with the Countryside Council for Wales, are fully aware of the nature conservation value of this site. An environmental appraisal is being carried out to minimise the effect of development on the lapwing population.
