§ Mr. FatchettMr. Handa is not a British Citizen. He was a Citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies (CUKC) by virtue of his birth in the former Aden Colony. When the People's Republic of Southern Yemen (PRSY) gained independence on 14 August 1968 he became a citizen of that country and lost his citizenship of the United Kingdom and Colonies.
