§ Mr. Ian McCartneyThe Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 has been superseded by the Employment Rights Act 1996. Only one agreement has been made under the dismissal procedures provisions in section 110 of that Act. It relates to the Joint Industry Board for the Electrical Contracting Industry.
