§ Clare ShortI have no plans at present to visit Bhutan. My Department is a major contributor to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) which is supporting 93,000 refugees from Bhutan in Nepal. The Governments of Bhutan and Nepal have been seeking a solution to the problem through a series of bilateral talks and UNHCR will help to implement any arrangements reached.
