§ Dr. StrangOne. It concerned a scheme of redress for those who had experienced exceptional hardship from generalised blight as a result of the Channel Tunnel Rail Link before the final route was fixed. It was sought on 18 March 1997 but became unnecessary owing to changes in the hardship scheme.
