§ Clare ShortI am very concerned by the delay in the ratification of the Mid-Term Review of the Lomé IV Convention. The issue has been raised by the UK, as Presidency, at working level meetings in Brussels and my officials and I will continue to press those Member States who have yet to ratify the Review to do so as soon as possible.
