§ Mr. MilburnAction being taken this year includes better data, better monitoring of outcomes, and better representation of ethnic minority consultants on awards committees. I will be meeting the Chairman and Medical Director of the Advisory Committee on Distinction Awards shortly to discuss what more might be done.
