§ Mr. WilsonI expect to receive the report by the end of March, Additional time has been allowed to enable the consultant to take account of the consultation paper on the National Economic Research Associates (NERA) Report, "Television: The Digital Era", which the Government published on 12 February. Decisions on taking forward the matters covered by the report will be taken when the report is received.
