§ Mr. FatchettWe have received representations from certain hon. Members and from NGOs who disagree with the decision not to pursue a resolution on China at this year's UNCHR. We remain of the view that the EU's dialogue-based approach, supported by practical cooperation, is the best way to bring about real improvements in China.
