Details of receipts from Associated British Ports under the development agreement with the Corporation are operational matters for the Corporation and I have asked the Chief Executive to reply. § Mr. Ron DaviesThe Scott Harbour rental agreement with a maximum financial liability of £1.4 million was approved by the Department and the Treasury in May 1995. This liability does not extend beyond the lifetime of the Corporation.
