§ Mr. MacdonaldThe Social Exclusion Network consists of senior representatives of the Scottish Office, the Employment Service and the Benefits Agency, to take forward the social exclusion agenda in Scotland. A consultation paper inviting views on the way forward was issued in early February. Responses have been requested by the end of March.
