To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will make a statement on the working of the export credits guarantee system as it affects the industries of Wales. [33537]

Export credit cover for United Kingdom companies is made available by the Export Credits Guarantee Department (primarily for capital goods and project exports) and a number of private sector insurers such as NCM, Trade Indemnity and Coface LBF (for other goods). All of these organisations will be able to offer the full range of their facilities to the industries of Wales.
