§ Dr. ReidI am not aware of a Kenyan Ministry of Special Protection. I can, however, confirm that no training in riot control or internal security techniques has been requested from, or provided to, the Kenyan authorities by members of the Ministry of Defence or the UK Armed Forces in any of the last three years.
