§ Mr. SpellarThe most recent independent study, published in theBritish Medical Journal on 8 November 1997, concerned the incidence of leukaemia among children whose fathers have been exposed to radiation at work. Data on Atomic Weapons Establishment staff were included in the study. My Department accepts and agrees with the study's conclusions.
