To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what arrangements he has established for liaison between his Department and the Foreign Policy Centre. [33937]

The Foreign Policy Centre will present papers to Ministers and FCO officials on its own initiative and invite Ministers and officials to its seminars.
