§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Home Office (Lord Williams of Mostyn)My right honourable friend the Home Secretary carries special responsibility for community relations issues. In addition, all members of the Cabinet are responsible individually for ensuring that their policies impact fairly on and address the needs of members of ethnic minority communities.
