§ Dr. ReidThe five RAF nuclear accident response teams are based at RAFs Honington, Marham, Brize Norton, Lyneham and St. Athan. Their title was changed from special safety teams to nuclear accident response teams in 1996 as it was felt the new term was more definitive.
