§ Mr. HoonIt would not be appropriate to take such a step in advance of the report of the consultants who are currently undertaking a detailed study of the house buying process on behalf of the Government. However, this is one of many helpful suggestions which have been made with a view to making the process more certain, and each will be considered carefully in the light of the report by the consultants.
