§ Mr. Tony LloydMy right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary met Prime Minister Nano during his visit to the UK last December. As Presidency, my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary also chaired an EU Political Dialogue meeting with Albania on 27 January. 1 visited Albania on 4–5 February and held talks with Prime Minister Nano and members of his Government, and the opposition leader, Dr. Berisha. In all these discussions, we have stressed the need for the maintenance of constitutional government in Albania.
