§ Angela EagleAll the Department's executive non-departmental public bodies (NDPBs) and nationalised industries publish annual reports and accounts. All but three of these bodies were established by means of primary legislation, and for all those bodies, the legislation lays a requirement on the Secretary of State, rather than the body itself, to lay the annual reports before Parliament.
