§ Mr. DenhamWe have given a clear commitment that we will not make any changes without consulting disabled people, and groups who represent and support them, on how we can ensure that the welfare state delivers independence and social inclusion, not discrimination and exclusion. We have already met on a number of occasions with disability interest groups and we continue to welcome their views on how the systems can be improved.
