§ Mr. FatchettAwards of compensation for personal property losses are decided by Panels of Commissioners appointed by the UN Compensation Commission (UNCC). Although there is no appeal against award decisions, where the compensation is considered to be too low it has been our practice to ask the UNCC for an explanation.
