§ Mr. BattleThe Ministerial Foresight Group has been established under my chairmanship to provide top-level co-ordination of the Foresight Programme across Government. The Ministerial Group will receive regular progress reports from the Whitehall Foresight Group of officials which is working to foster closer links between Panels and the activities of individual departments.
